Creates a market object which is an aggregate of interest rate market objects (Discounting curve and Interest rate volatility curve (volcurve)).
Some functions require quite a few curves in order to price a structure, thus aggregating these curves into one object makes the parameter list simpler for these functions (ie -
PrcLegObject(),
FixLegAccrualDays(),
CompLegPayments() etc...).
This function creates an object and returns a string-key value to represent this created object.
The TAG value of the string-key returned (second part of the key) is : "MKT"
