Returns the FXRate from the given FX object key.
This is simply returning the value passed in by the user.
The FX object that this function will be based on must have been previously created via the
CreateFX() or
CreateFXChain() functions.
These functions would have returned a string 'KEY' which is to be passed to the 'FXKey' parameter within this function.
